Following on from the e-mail a fortnight ago this is a reminder about the Clubs' Meeting for the Sydney 4WD Adventure show on tonight.
Venue: Sportsman Hotel 81 Kildare Rd Blacktown (function room).
Time: 6pm for dinner tables set in function room.
Also attached is a flyer for clubs wishing to attend the Sydney 4WD Adventure Show
Grounds available open Friday 15th August - 18th August
There are two camping areas available and camping fees are as follows:
Meals will be available for purchase over the weekend either at the local hotel or the Progress Association.
The host club will be organising trips around the local area for members not attending the meeting including a winery maps and info.
The Progress hall will be open all weekend for added comfort plus firewood will be available (for small fee).
A raffle will also be running over the weekend with profits going to support the local community.
Could all members attending please book with either the Bushlands Tourist Park or Progress Hall Grounds confirm with Andrew your attendance and where you are staying no later than 9pm Sunday 3rd Aug to help assist with catering and camping site numbers
