Last year we had 4 working groups that focused on different areas of the club area.
Personally I made some good friends in a number of other clubs and had an absolute blast at the show seeing all our ideas come together.
This year the executive committee has decided to have one sub committee to oversee the associations commitments for the show. This is a big task!!!
We need your club to make this happen.
This year we want to focus on the show being a celebration of 4WDing in NSW, lets take the show beyond a trade show for bargain hunters…..and create an event where families can connect with clubs and discover people committed to sustainable recreational 4wding.
If you have some younger members in your clubs this would be a fantastic opportunity to have them input into the future of 4wding and help us older folk navigate things like Facebook and Twitter.
Some of the “expertise” needed:
The first meeting will be a time to set the agenda for the rest of the year please come with your ideas and members you feel will enjoy bringing this event together.
If your club has regularly helped in a certain capacity or particular area of the show please note we have no intention of changing this. Our hope is to create a more fluid communication process via the sub committee.
