TOPIC: INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE

We are moving closer to the launch date for the BUSH HIGHWAYS PROJECT.
It starts with a video done for us by Mad Matt which will be on a secret and private Blog which I have prepared.
Clubs will receive an invitation from me to view Mad Matt's video.
Email me the address to place on my invitation list.
Watch it at your committee meeting or your club meeting.
That will be followed up with an Email from me seeking your Club's participation.
When you respond with a yes, I will forward the project survey forms so you can join in the fun.
Next, your trip coordinator/committee plans a club trip or trips between stopover towns of your choice which are listed in the documentation.
What you then have to do is have a member take a laptop with the forms loaded so that your Club can fill in any data while you are out on the tracks enjoying yourselves.
Email the documents back to me for linking to other clubs' trips or finding blank spots along the bush highways for more survey opportunities.
I will advertise any links needed to complete the project. You get more trip suggestions!
I will keep you all informed of our progress with the claim on this website.

I sent a out a preliminary notice about next week's launch of the BUSH HIGHWAYS project today.

The purpose of this notice was to forewarn the presidents of our financial member clubs about the launch Blog which contains the Association's video produced for us by Mad Matt.

Despite the fact that we are not yet officially launched, I was very pleased to receive requests from the presidents of two clubs within as many hours. They have requested the project documents and these have been supplied.

This indicates to me that you delegates have kept your clubs well informed about the project. As soon as your presidents contact me, I will endeavour to reply by return as soon as I am online.
