PeterF Offline Dirt Road Driver Association President Thank you received: 7 Karma: -4	It would be really useful to have all quarterly, regional and agm dates and venues for the year on the calendar in each of its display the modes., this will enable delegates and clubs to plan attendance and to place these on their calendar for their membership to be aware of activities.

Roger Offline Dirt Road Driver Thank you received: 17 Karma: 0	I agree Peter, since minutes aren't posted on the website, delegates not advised with reminders or circulated with copies of meeting minutes, change of previous sequences (Quarterly meetings have always been planned for the 3rd Saturday), it is difficult to be kept upto date with the bussiness in hand & dates of next meetings.

Hi Peter

We still haven't worked out why you can't see it in all views, but I know you are not alone, so there seems to be a hiccup somewhere.

Roger I received the minutes about a week ago and will get them up in the next couple of days. The meeting place and time has been sent to presidents, secretaries and delegates on at least three occasions now so if you are not getting this info you should contact your club and I would advise any others with this problem to do the same.

We have the date and location for the May meeting organized and Ron is trying to secure the August one, once we have them we will get them up and try to stay three meetings ahead all the time.

Craig, the problem appears to be with the club data on the website. My clubs details have now disappeared so I would suggest that the club is currently receiving no information at all, except what is passed on by Chris due to his position.
