TOPIC: Members lists

Dom, by some fluke, I was able to view the members lists on this forum, a couple of weeks ago. Firstly, is it supposed to be visible and , if it isn't, why not. It's a good resource for presidents and secretaries to monitor their club.s use of the website and forum. If we can see that bugger-all members are on we can do something about it.

Th at the last quarterly meeting, the subject was raised regarding clubs being able to see a list of their members on the forum and be able to self-administrate them.
As most of the clubs have now had their agm.s, there is the potential for non-association people to access the site.
Has this been looked at yet?

we moved on 6 members last AGM, I will need to remove them from the Association members list

Yes I can allow this visbility to say Presidents and/or delegates. This of course gives them visibility to ALL clubs but personally I don't think that is an issue.

So let's propose this......

I'll look at this thread in a week or so and if people don't have any objections I'll change the permissions to the list so at least Presidents/Delegates can see this list.

Hi Dom I'm all for it,, if people have an issue with being identified on this site then they shouldn't be on it.
