4WD MUSTER 2012 20th to 22nd April, Lardner Park, Warragul, Victoria www.4wdmuster.org.au Download Flyer We're offering a great opportunity for you and your club members to be inaugural participants in an annual event we're calling the 4WD Muster, to be held at Lardner Park from the 20th – 22nd April 2012. Club members, families and friends can all come together to have a great weekend and try to set a new world record for the most four wheel drives in a moving parade. This is going to be a fun and entertaining event, but the best part is that we'll all be part of raising money for children with special needs through our partner “Variety the children’s charity”. We are planning for a big crowd, with plenty of camping areas and facilities, including specific areas for caravans and tents. Children will be looked after too, with all sorts of fun activities. This will allow the parents to enjoy the four wheel drive activities on offer, including 4WD and Outdoors/Camping Exhibitors, full of the latest products, services and special offers. There will also be entertainment provided by a number of feature artists (Currently we are negotiating with Doug Bruce and the Tailgaters, The Sunny Cowgirls and Pete Denahy and have the The Rockits all ready to go.). These artists will be backed up by a variety of roaming acts performing throughout the three days of the event. We would ask that you circulate the attached to your members and if possible include this event in your clubs event calendar as a supported event. Also we can accommodate group booking for your club so if your club would like a group area please contact us for more details. We are currently working on creating an incentive to be provided to the 4WD Club that has the most members (by % of Membership) at the Muster.
